This role involves managing the order entry and communication processes, handling escalated issues, providing training and support, and participating in the Quality Improvement (QI) committee to address challenges and implement solutions. Success in this position requires strong leadership skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to foster a collaborative and results-driven team environment.

Partner Services - DME Access Coordinator

Come join our team as a DME Access Coordinator in the Partner Services Department.

The DME Access Coordinator is a critical team member dedicated to ensuring our hospice partners and their patients have seamless access to durable medical equipment (DME). This role involves securing one-time contracts for billing switches, locating hard-to-find equipment, coordinating arrangements for traveling patients, and facilitating the delivery of out-of-stock DME by liaising with network or non-network vendors. Success in this position requires exceptional problem-solving, effective communication, and a commitment to delivering timely and efficient solutions.

• Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with vendors, hospices, and team members to ensure seamless coordination.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize responsibilities, and meet deadlines.
