Come join a growing company as a Partner Services Support Representative (PSR) in the Partner Services Department.

The role of the Partner Services Support Representative (PSR) is to ensure all patient needs fulfilled outside of Qualis’ contracted vendor network are satisfied effectively and efficiently to the benefit of our clients and vendors.

The PSSR must exhibit a “Can-do” attitude at all times, coordinating resources to provide outstanding service to our clients and vendors. The PSSR must have a positive attitude and must embrace the collaborative team atmosphere throughout Qualis.

The PSSR will help develop and maintain vendor relationships for existing clients, as an active member of the Partner Services department. Vital functions for the PSSR include, but are not limited to, helping maintain a strong client/vendor relationship, support all actions related to the coordination and documentation of single patient agreements/one-time contracts, administrate the delivery of unique equipment needs that cannot be fulfilled by Qualis’ contracted vendor network, assisting other team members during times of need, search for process and system improvements.

Essential Skills/Requirements

  • OTC creation within DME+
  • Coordinate OTC’s and unique equipment deliveries
  • Contacting vendors during OTC and unique equipment delivery process
  • Assertive follow ups with OTC and unique equipment vendors
  • Communicate with Qualis Clients regarding the OTC and unique equipment process
  • Any other duties as outlined by supervisor (special projects)
  • Communicates exceptionally well both verbally and in written form
  • Broad knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word
  • Organized and ability to multi-task
  • Detail oriented
  • Works well independently and in a team environment
  • Time management ability
