Business Analytics - Invoicing Specialist

The Invoicing Specialist is to be the subject matter expert and executor of Qualis Invoicing, who ensures defined operational functions work effectively and efficiently to the benefit of our company and its partners. The primary priority of the role is invoicing clients; however, it also involves collaboration with System Services as well as the Accounting department for getting vendors paid, updating the accounting system for monthly financials, and ensuring that clients and vendors alike have access to financial documentation within DME+. Success in this position requires critical thinking, exceptional problem-solving, effective communication, and meticulous attention to detail.

Essential Skills/Requirements

Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with vendors, hospices, and coworkers to ensure seamless coordination.
Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize responsibilities, and meet deadlines.
Ownership mentality and capacity to operate with an appropriate level of autonomy.
